Every one has his own I was a little kid ，my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own 。But now ，when I am 16 years old ，standing here ，my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story 。I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong could stop me ，because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ，of course ，Im an athlete,Im so proud of that all the time 。
When I was 10 years old ，I became a shot-put training was really hard ，I couldnt bear the heavy shot in my hands 。But I always believe that “god only help those who help themselves”。During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didnt want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ，today and tomorrow 。I still have a dream 。It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.
I have a dream that one day ，I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day ， I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.
I have a dream that one day ，I can stand on the highest place at the olympic all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that Im so proud to be a Chinese athlete!
This is my hope 。This is the faith that I continue my steps with!！
With this faith ，I will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ，never give up ！
So let victory ring from my heart,from all of we allow victory to ring 。I must be the one!
In my imagination,Im a bird ，a magical bird.I carry my dreams all with me by my big wings. I fly though the mountains ，though the forests ，over the sea,to the sun ，the warmest place in the aerospace!
then, badly needed comforting words and touch came from grandma. i gradually regained my sense of pride and a sensible control of my feelings. yet, head down, i said: “grandma, i have no choice, and i have to give up, right?” “look at me, my dear!”she said gently. i looked up, straight into her eyes. what i saw was a shining, sweet, and loving stream from the bottom of her heart! then, there came the gentle voice of hers: “no, no, no…” her head shaking, while eyes smiling. “why don't you give more attention to the details?” she continued.
no other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsing once again, paying special attention to those little things that i used to ignore. as a consequence, my overall performance was quickly elevated to a new high! without much trouble, in another singing contest held months later, i won!
what do i learn from this experience? never give up lightly! life's full of opportunities, and lots of them! to realize your dreams and fulfill your potential, you must learn to work hard and smart and steer your lifeboat wisely! as a li ling's sportswear commercial goes “everything is possible!” but not without sweat, devotion, and tears sometimes!
life is a long journey, during which we are surely going to face many challenges, experience lots of failures, and equally, many opportunities are waving to us, while sweet rewards are waiting for us! to transform these opportunities into fruitful results, or turn those challenges and failures into valuable assets, we must learn to seize the good ones and not to retreat lightly in front of difficulties.

Never, Never Give Up
We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.
One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives. If we never challenge ourselves, we will begin to doubt our abilities.
In short, it is important that we do not give up when working for our goals. Whether we succeed in the end or not, we will learn something, and what we learn will help us to become better, more confident people. Furthermore, if we give up, we have non chance of attaining our goals, but if we keep trying, there is always a chance that we will succeed one day.
